If you are like me and workout often at a moderate intensity and longevity but don’t drink enough water this is an easy fix. My favorite drink is Vitamin Water Zero in the squeezed lemonade flavor. It adds vitamins and minerals such as A,B,C,E, Zinc, electrolytes and is zero calorie. It is great for moderate to semi-heavy workouts (think 45min-1.5 hrs). Any more vigourous and you may need a sports drink to add carbs, potassium and sodium. Try it and let me know what you think, it is a great flavorsome way to get hydrated!
