If you are a snacker or battle low blood sugar dips like me Luna Bars (made by the makers of Clif bars) are a must. They are 70% organic, contain 9 grams of Protein, 4 grams of Fiber and also contain folic acid, vitamin D, iron, and are low glycemic. Also they taste great too, I can only vouch for the “Nutz Over Chocolate” flavor because that is the one I always get.
